About Warranty Claims

    When a customer needs to make a claim for product parts due to quality issues, the customer should provide photos and videos of the failure parts and describe the on-site fault conditions. Submit the repair request through the EDDIE WeChat official account under "Quality Service - Repair Center". EDDIE will verify the failure information and sort the problem out as soon as possible.
  • EDDIE PRECISION
    During the warranty claim process, any further damage to parts caused by improper operation of the rock breakers and other attachments are not covered under the claim policy.
